Tour Itinerary at a Glance
Day 1: Gran Canaria, Here I Come!
Your journey to the sun, sea, and unforgettable moments begins now. Today you land in Gran Canaria – an island of contrasts, where sandy dunes, azure coastlines, and wild mountain landscapes meet.
If you have the time and energy after arrival, start your adventure at the legendary Maspalomas Beach. Golden sand, the endless ocean, and a sense of freedom will instantly put you in vacation mode.
Day 2: Between the Dunes and the Quiet Coast
Today brings a day full of contrasts – from endless sand waves to hidden corners far from the crowds.
Stroll along the iconic Maspalomas Dunes, reminiscent of a desert yet with the ocean within reach. Feel the golden sand beneath your feet, the wind in your hair, and a sense of pure freedom.
If you crave peace and quiet, head to Las Mujeres Beach, a lesser-known gem where you can unwind in an undisturbed atmosphere, far from the tourist bustle.
Day 3: Breathtaking Heights
Gran Canaria isn’t just about beaches — its true magic lies in the mountains.
Journey inland to discover dramatic landscapes, deep valleys, and breathtaking views. Visit the charming mountain village of Fataga, known for its whitewashed houses and palm-filled valleys. From the Roque Bentayga viewpoint, you’ll see the heart of the island — raw, quiet, and impressive.
If you’re up for more adventure, continue to Pico de las Nieves, the island’s highest point, offering panoramic views across Gran Canaria.
Day 4: A Day Full of Nature’s Wonders
If you’re traveling with children or simply love animals and nature, today is perfect for you.
Head to Palmitos Park, one of the island’s most popular attractions. This zoo and botanical garden features tropical greenhouses, exotic birds, butterfly enclosures, and interactive shows that captivate both young and old.
The highlight is the dolphinarium, where you can watch intelligent marine mammals perform in a breathtaking display — a wonderful break from the beach and a chance to connect with nature.
Day 5: Wild West Coast
Explore Gran Canaria’s rugged west coast, starting with sweeping ocean views from Mirador del Balcón.
Then visit Cactualdea Park, home to Europe’s largest cactus garden. For adventurers, hike to the remote Playa de Güigüí — a hidden beach accessible only on foot, offering tranquility and raw natural beauty.
Day 6: History and Volcanic Remnants
Today’s journey takes you to Agüimes, a charming historic town filled with cobblestone streets, colorful facades, and a relaxed, artistic vibe.
Continue to the coast to see El Bufadero de la Garita, a dramatic volcanic blowhole where ocean waves burst through rock crevices in a spectacular display of nature’s power.
Day 7: Island Roots and a Taste of Tradition
Step into Gran Canaria’s past with a visit to Cenobio de Valerón, an ancient complex of over 300 caves carved into volcanic rock.
Then head to Arucas, a town renowned for its lava-stone cathedral and historic rum distillery. Enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour and a taste of authentic Canarian rum — the perfect finale to your island adventure.
