Day 2: Casa de la Mandarina - Casa del Jade - ChocoMuseo
You will walk the streets of Antigua and experience the beauty of the history and culture of this amazing city. You will start with a delicious breakfast, followed by a walking tour. To enrich your experience, I have added Casa del Jade and the Chocomuseo. Visit both or choose the one that catches your eye!
Day 3: Old and New - Santa Catalina Arch
Experience a fascinating blend of ancient and modern as your private driver takes you through Guatemala City - built atop a historic Mayan site - and then back to the charm of Antigua. Along the way, you can even try local twists on familiar chain restaurants. Stay curious and enjoy the contrast!
Day 4: Nursery and Café of La Escalonia - Coffee Tour
Today we explore the southern side of Antigua - starting at a charming plant nursery café. If time allows, we’ll stop by Manos Preciosas for fair trade souvenirs, then head out to visit a local coffee farm for an authentic tour. We’ll wrap up the day with dinner at the elegant Meson Panza Verde.
Day 5: Choose Your Adventure: Convento Capuchinas - Brother Pedro Church of Antigua Guatemala
Today is your day to choose your own adventure. I made a large list of options for you to choose from. Some of these places are covered in either of your tours, but just in case you missed them, they are listed here! The listings are organized as follows: shopping, ruins, churches, museum, and food!
Day 6: Goodbye Antigua!
Today you head back to the capital for your flight home. Whether you arrived by taxi or shuttle, return to the airport the same way.
