Does buying a Groupon voucher mean my trip is booked?
No — purchasing the voucher does not automatically book your trip. After buying, check your email for a booking confirmation link from Worldee. Open the link, fill in your traveler details, and submit the form to confirm your reservation. Your trip is only secured after this step — complete it as soon as possible to lock in your preferred dates. Worldee will send all travel documents ahead of your departure, including flight details, your car rental voucher, hotel confirmations, and your complete digital travel guide.
What’s the full cancellation policy?
Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until your booking is confirmed with Worldee, or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until the deal expires (see “Book by” date), refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the deal has expired, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund — however, the amount paid never expires. Once your booking is confirmed, Worldee’s cancellation policy applies. For more flexible terms, ask Worldee about the Cancellation Option Freedom when finalizing your booking. Airfare is non-refundable once booked.
Is breakfast included at all hotels?
