So soft and can’t feel the wires inside of the blanket

I bought the blanket in January and it stopped working in March. It has something to do with the wire that connects to the blanket. I was very disappointed. Money spent and lost. The blanket is a twin and it is so soft and comfy and it when it works, it is amazingly warm. It only lasted a few months. Cost a lot of money.
