Cordless, tempered glass kettle with a tea infuser can quickly boil water for tea, coffee, or soup
Brentwood Tempered Glass Electric Kettle with Tea Infuser
Boil Water Quicker and Easier
Sitting atop a metal heating coil, this tea kettle is able to apply heat directly to the jug, meaning your water heats up faster than it would on the stove or in the microwave. And the kettle’s tempered glass jug is clear, allowing you to see when the water inside is bubbling and ready to pour.
Even though the electric base plugs into an outlet, the kettle itself isn’t constricted by cables or outlets. It can be removed completely from the base, allowing you to bring it out to a table full of guests or wherever else you need it.
The included tea infuser combines two steps—boiling water and steeping tea—into one. Simply put loose tea leaves into the infuser and it will steep in the water as it heats, making a pot of tea that’s ready to pour in minutes.
I really like the tea kettle. The only thing is the size makes it alittle inconvenient to always have on hand for use. The cord us so short too. But as far as the working of the unit...I give it a thumbs up.
I bought this kettle as a Christmas gift for my household, and just barely two months using it, the kettle has started to spill water from the top (where the glass meets the metal edge) when one pours it. Its a beautiful kettle, which makes boiling water a pleasant visual experience, however, the quality of the product is not worth a buck. I don't know if this is planned obsolesce, or just poor quality materials, however, as a ecologically mindful person, it really bothers me that this kettle will soon be trash!
