As much as I want to give this product a 5-star review I honestly can not. I purchase 4 for my kids and they all do not work. when I press the volume buttons they are all stuck in the down position, and when i try to retun them i am told that i can not get a refund only a credit. I feel totally shafted, i would not recommend this product to anyone.

I'M not satisfied, the ones I really wanted to work.came with broken buttons so I cant even use them wireless and the charging port was manufactured wrong making it unable to charge......
