Although I like this lamp... I prefer the touch one best. Just swipe it to turn on and it has 4 settings. I do a lot of close up work ( quilting) and this lets me turn it on without searching for the switch.

I really like my new light but i gave it 4 stars because I thought the light would be brighter than it is and it would be nice if it were just a nit brighter but other than that it looks great and works well.
