The Ninja looks like it's NEW. Just Missing the dehydrator racks, the Cookbook and Cheat Sheet which should have been in the box of a NEW unit. However, the AD clearly stated what parts were included in the sale, and those three were not mentioned. Made bone in Chicken Breast, via pressure cook and air crisp. First batch was dried out as I forgot to account for 8 minute buildup, and should have quick released, prior to crisping the skin(cheat sheet and cook book would have helped here.) Next two batches I correct the times and Chicken turned out juicy with a crispy skin in under 20 minutes. The machine is a beast and I love it!!
