So badly want to like this product... but the charger arrived in pieces. To the moron who thought packing the charger & mic underneath the speaker with no padding, YOU SUCK! I’m caught in the middle of “Should I return it?” Or “Replace the charger?” But I already paid for the charger with my initial order? What an inconvenience.
great product! sound is loud and clear. easy to use and directions are easy to understand. arrived very quick as well. it only took two days! the negative is that the light is random and the bass isn’t that loud. i thought that the area where the light is located was the bass. overall, still a great product. came charged and ready to use!
