This is a perfect weighted blanket - size and weight for one adult. It provides comfort and is soft. Plus, it washes and dries easily on a gentle cycle in your home washer and dryer.

This is only an insert. It does not fit my full size bed like I thought it would. Also it never stays in place because I do not have the outer cover to tie it with.
