I’m not sure if it’s doing anything. I have experienced a headache or two so I’m assuming it’s getting into my system. I am using the patch in conjunction with a probiotic and have lost 6 lbs so I’m happy thus far. Its been two weeks.

I appreciate these, they stay on all day and they give me a good level of energy. I use every other day switching with a thermogenic I bought but it definitely helps with energy levels on the days I do. I feel better and more even keeled even if I don’t workout that day then with the thermogenic which if I’m not working out will cause anxiety.
