Ginger is a perennial herb that grows to about 3 - 4 feet high (approximately 1 meter). It has a characteristic thick spreading tuberous rhizome. The ginger root is macerated and distilled over high heat, from which the oil is extracted.
Usage:
Soak: 8-10 drops of essential oil added to warm water,soak for 15-20 minutes.
Foot Treatment: Apply essential oil to feet and massage until absorded.Dry the towel.
Warming: Add 3~6 drops of essential oil in hot water,soaked in a towel and wring it out.Apply on the required part,repeat the above after the towel is cooled.
Massage: Apply essential oils to the skin,massage until the essential oil penetrates.The skin is reddish and can be dried with a towel.

These are my second purchase and I absolutely love the smell and do put the oil in my belly button for better absorption and can say it does what’s claimed. The skin is soft (I mix with a little pure coconut oil) great smell. It has an uplifting smell that I’ve come to love as a work scent. I believe it helps keep mosquitoes away as well; as they usually seem to treat me as a buffet.

Package was open and leaking. Only 4 leaking bottles recieved. Nothing like the pictured items. Packaging inside plastic bag shows another persons name inside bag, from another state. Be careful when purchasing from company.
