I literally ordered this on the 21st of November and it is now December 8th and my order has been in transit for weeks now and has not arrived to me ! Very annoying and absurd !

I returned these items because there was a defect. The straw did not work because the rubber in the middle was stuck (smashed) together. The cleaner did not go back into the container either. (I have one from another company and that one works fine.) I was frustrated because it was a gift and that time has passed. I returned it within the 14-day return period and hope to receive a full refund!! :(
