I had a really wonderful time on the big bus tour in Chicago. Our tour guide Candice was amazing. She gave us so much inside information about the city of Chicago from a Chicagoan point of view. She had an amazing sense of humor that made the journey a lot of fun. I was hoping that she would be the tour guide for the evening bus as well but she was not. However the evening tour was just as nice.

Buses were comfortable and a good way to get around Chicago. However, sales people are not the friendliest, but the drivers are great! Pickup and drop points are convenient. However, when attractions open at nine and end at 5, why doesn’t the bus start earlier and end later? That would make more sense, especially economically for the company.

Love this bus trip. It takes you all around the city, it is easy to walk from one stop to another. The buses are frequent enough that you don’t ever have to wait too long for another one. The staff is all very friendly I highly recommend using this bus tour.

The first bus had a live comentary that was knowledgeable. 2nd bus had a pre-recorded thing that you could hardly hear. Driver did come around with ponchos when it rained.

Employees were nice and helpful. I guess I am used to real person speaking, the headset and speaker didn’t work well. Couldn’t understand what they were sharing. I bought this more for that purpose- to know the history and information about the city.
Not to ride or use it to commute, since it’s easy to commute in Chicago.

We did the Chicago , tour was good once you found the location of the bus stop. There were no signage for the stops. The address was wrong on the voucher for the location.
