Swamp tours operate rain or shine, as the boats are covered. Tours are only canceled in the event of extreme weather conditions, such as lightning, and guests will be contacted if a cancellation occurs.

Accessibility varies. Paved pathways in the Besthoff Sculpture Garden and an accessible bathroom at Cafe du Monde are available on the City Tour.
