Elsie Hector Hernandez's inspiring dream to celebrate Haitian culture became a reality in 2012 with the Haitian American Museum of Chicago (HAMOC). This unique institution is one of only two Haitian-specific museums in the United States! Your admission provides an opportunity to see the full arc of Haitian heritage, from its revolutionary past to its modern-day cultural achievements.
