Many of us have already experienced the feeling of Hypnosis whether we realize it or not. For example, when you drive home from work and you pull into your driveway and don't remember driving. That was your subconscious mind taking over for you. There are many things that we pick up throughout our lives, especially when we're children, that do not serve us. My job is to reprogram or rewire those things that are holding you back from living your best life. The experience of Hypnosis is a deep meditative state and it is in this state of mind where suggestions can be placed to change the mind's perception. Since everyone has will power, the subconscious mind will not allow anything to be programmed that it doesn't want. So as long as the client wants to change, this can be a powerful, life changing modality of therapy.
