He’s the absolute best. I normally hate working out but he made the time pass fast and I was so sore every day. I feel like I really learned how to target specific muscle groups. He clearly knows his stuff and has studied fitness for many years. I enjoyed the methodical approach to fitness and felt like everything he had me do was very intention. I would recommend 100%.
I was super nervous to get back in the gym and David made me feel right at home. He pushed me, but also respected where I’m currently at fitness wise. Super knowledgeable, an excellent educator, a great trainer and a lovely human being.

Dave is absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to getting you into shape. I've never met a trainer before who so thoroughly explains why an exercise is important and what's happening to your body during an exercise routine which, for me, keeps me motivated.
I didn't know what to expect when I purchased this and didn't think I'd continue with a trainer after the few sessions but David got me hooked! He's very knowledgeable, experienced and manages to teach you a lot during the sessions.
He's very tough on you but makes the sessions fun and enjoyable, I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to start, continue or perfect their fitness routine
