• 60 or 90 Minute Postural Correction Session

A personalized Postural Alignment Session focused on identifying and addressing postural imbalances through observation, education, and guided practice.

Clients will receive instruction on proper sitting and standing alignment, along with simple corrective exercises and practical techniques to begin retraining posture. The focus is on learning what correct alignment feels like and how to practice it safely and effectively over time.

This session may address concerns such as:

• Poor posture

• Forward head posture

• Rounded shoulders (kyphosis)

• Swayback (lordosis)

• Dowager’s hump

• Upper and/or lower crossed body patterns

• Muscular imbalance contributing to tension, discomfort, or pain

This is not a massage session. While massage or myofascial bodywork may be available separately, this offering centers on postural education and alignment training.
