Are there any age restrictions?
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied and seated with an adult, regardless of MPAA rating. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted into R-rated films. If an event is listed as 21+, valid ID will be required at the door.
What is your courtesy policy?
We value both our employees and guests and ask that everyone be treated with respect and patience. If a guest is disruptive during a movie, management will issue one warning. Continued disruption will result in removal from the theater after the check is paid, with no refund issued.
What is the ticket refund or exchange policy?
Refunds are not available. For standard movies, tickets may be exchanged by calling or visiting the box office up to one hour prior to the movie start time.
Is there a food or beverage minimum?
Yes. A one-item minimum is required for all guests. Each person in your party must order at least one item from the menu during their visit.
