If human or pet waste is present in the carpet or upholstery the live enzyme cleaner and deodorizer will be needed for cleaning to be performed. The customer must be present at the time of cleaning. An additional fee of $40 will apply for high-rise buildings. Buildings with 5 or more stories are considered a High Rise. Area rug cleaning is not valid for sisal, bamboo, or white area rugs.
