About Humpty's Dumplings

Although they fit in the palm of your hand, the gourmet dumplings at Humpty's Dumplings are packed with enough flavor to constitute an entire meal. One variety marries roasted pork loin with broccoli rabe and aged provolone; another harbors spinach, ricotta, and mozzarella. Indeed, these handmade morsels are the specialty at Humpty's, but that's not to say big flavor doesn't carry over to the restaurant's other creations. Noodles dishes, for instance, bounce back and forth between savory and sweet: some are studded with sautéed meats and veggies while others mimic the candied crunchiness of churros and funnel cakes.
