  • Assessment methods are essays, exams, and may include skill assessments.

  • Upon passing the course, the student will be able to perform all squat variations, identify common mistakes and correct those, and assess the squat for form or limitations and correct those.

  • The course is designed such that a beginner can take the course and progress step-by-step via a sensible path. This same path of progress can be used to teach.

  • The course is considered foundational, but it contains intermediate to advanced squat variations; however, there is no expectation from the student to be able to perform these in L2.
