The estheticians are mostly great professionals - but not all of them are friendly and some lack of customer service ethics!
Another annoying fact is that there's a HUGE TIP JAR in the front desk suggesting a $20 gratuity for each time you visit them. That's outrageous! You will see amazing results but the environment is uncomfortable due to those facts. Also, it's very hard to book an appointment. That's the reason I give this place 3 stars.

Amazing experience, I went in with a 1year unlimited large and small area laser hair removal. The process was quick and painless. The technician did a great job making me feel comfortable (i am doing a full brazilian) and explaining everything with clarity. Definitely recommend.
