3. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders for an email from the merchant. You should receive your access information within 2 hours.
4. Once you receive the email, follow the instructions to install a compatible media player app such as IboPlayer (7-day free trial available).
5. Open the app to find your Device ID / MAC Address and Device Key. These are typically shown on the app’s main or activation screen.
6. Take a screenshot or write down your Device ID / MAC Address and Device Key, then email them to supportsub@ryenna.com for activation.
7. After receiving confirmation from the merchant, refresh or restart the app to begin streaming.
