All customers must set up appointment by calling, texting or emailing us at 516-823-5577 or https://calendly.com/itravel2u/repair-appointment. Same day appointments are okay. For back glass repairs we can not do these repairs on the spot. We will pick your device up and drop it off later on in the day. Most days the back glass repair takes 3-4 hours. We recommend early day pickups and expect to receive your phone sometime in the afternoon. Front Screen repairs usually take 30 minutes and can be done on the spot. 

Travel fees apply to ALL repairs and are as follows: If you are located in either Nassau or Queens county AND you are within 15 miles of zip code 11580 there will be an additional $10 travel fee associated with your service. If you are outside of Nassau or Queens county there will be a $20 travel fee. If you are between 15-25 miles away from zip code 11580 you will pay an additional $20 travel fee. Anything past 25 miles will be an additional $30 travel fee.
