Karen Wells has a passion for good posture and a bone to pick with people who claim that aging is inevitable. The certified personal trainer specializes in alignment, core strength, ballet stretches, and flexibility. She helps squash stress with a special M.E.L.T. workout that uses a foam roller and special balls for the feet, and offers Pilates, yoga, and group or one-on-one dance classes.
