Food was great. Atmosphere was also great. But this is kind of a scammy deal. If you bring another bill consisting of stuff like Tax and Service charge the deal becomes meaningless. You can put anything in the extra bill. Let me give you some ideas. Table charge: 25$, Lighting: 10$, Restroom charge: 10$... First time ever I've been charged extra after buying a Groupon.

There was a horrible smell from the grease traps that we had to smell the entire night. Too much food Probably won’t be back!!!

Because the Groupon is valued at $860, the service charge was an additional $100 (based on original total) and the tip of 20% another $170ish. So the meal for 4 was still very expensive (about $600 including the Groupon cost). The food was delicious and abundant but the service very mediocre for such an expensive meal.

About La Fondue

La Fondue's romantic, moody dining room is at once both dramatic and understated. The European-style interior features leather, dark wood, avant-garde artwork, and furnishings with motifs that evoke Paris, the Middle East, and Spain. The mood fits the menu, which offers more than 50 types of fondue and four cooking methods. Meats such as wild game, private-reserve filet mignon, and polynesian chicken are served for diners to prepare in one of four ways, including in a vegetable broth or punsch red wine spiced with cloves and rosemary. At dessert, diners dip fruit into chocolate sauce jazzed up with nuts, caramel, and liqueur, a great way to reward sweet teeth for having to eat fruit.
