I must have visited the business right after they moved to the Gold Coast because the business was under construction during my facial. Staff were hanging wall art, there was loud music and construction noise in the background. The facial room was covered by a sheet and half walls, so the sound carried throughout the entire business. It was not a relaxing experience at all, very unprofessional.
I’d agree w the previous review. Went for a hydrafacial for the first time in over a year, and it seems the quality has changed. I was give a “mild peel,” but my skin felt much drier than I expected and no serums were used at the end like before. Wasn’t prepped w a towel over my clothes or a clip/headband for my hair, and my shirt got wet during the facial. Lights were bright, and ambiance was off
