Both courses are nationally accepted and regulatory approved, built to follow guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) — the federal body whose Office for Civil Rights (OCR) enforces HIPAA's Privacy and Security Rules. The HIPAA Awareness course is offered in partnership with the American HealthCare Academy.

HIPAA is a federal law — there is no separate body that "accredits" HIPAA course providers. What matters is that content follows HHS guidelines and is taught by credentialed professionals.
