Students will learn the fundamentals of Korean Taekwondo. This includes philosophy, terminology, and physical and mental aspects. Students will learn discipline, improve coordination and flexibility, gain self-confidence, improve fitness, make life-long friendships, and best of all it is a sport that can be done at any age and at any fitness level.

About Legacy Tkd Academy
Legacy Taekwondo is a minority owned and run Taekwondo School in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. We offer Taekwondo for children, teens, adults and seniors. In addition we have adults Circuit Style Cardio-Kickboxing classes for adults and seniors. All of our instructors are certified to teach Taekwondo have over 5 years of teaching experience working with children of all ages and those with special needs as well.
