What was the inspiration to start or run this business? _My strongest inspiration was something my Mother has told me regarding health. "You are either running away from something, or towards something". I started this business with the ambition to teach our community that looking ahead, instead of behind you, will make any journey a happier one.
What do you love most about your job? Our clients. We love our sessions because we learn so much about each person, physically and mentally, and why they need our help. Then we write programs aiming to support their lifestyles. We watch them transform. By far the best feeling.
