Please arrive 5 to 10 mins prior to your scheduled time. More than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be voided, and you will need to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please give 48 hours notice prior to the appointment for cancelling. The business reserves the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service price when canceling.
