Best leg wax ever!!!!

I went to Lush for a full leg wax, and the service I received was exceptional! Shawntavia was professional, meticulous and highly detail-oriented, and a pleasure to chat with throughout the session. She asked me about my preferences and I got the sense she really cared. I suggest calling Lush before purchasing a voucher and letting her know about it. I’m so ready for summer!

I had an amazing experience with Shantavia, I will definitely be back. I have been getting waxes for about 10 years and this one was the best I have had. The wax itself was really good quality, so it was painless because of that and also because she was clearly highly skilled. She got all of the hairs on my legs and did my feet, which I had only had in the past when I paid extra. The room was beautifully decorated with pink roses. A great experience and wax!!!

I did enjoy the ambiance of the studio; it was quite pretty, clean, and comforting. The wax itself was not that painful, which was refreshing. I think overall the service was good; however, there were somethings I hoped could've been better. Firstly, my service started 30 minutes late. This was an inconvenience because the next client came and kept knocking during my appointment. Understandably for them because I'm sure they were frustrated that their appointment was now also late. Nonetheless, for that reason, I believe my appointment ended up being rushed so she can attend to the next client. Additionally, I was shocked by how much wax was left on my body when I returned home. I've never had to go home and clean off that much wax at any other wax appointment that i've had so that was just disappointing. Overall, I think I would've had a great experience, if not for the lateness and residual effects of having a late appointment.

First Brazilian wax and could not have been more comfortable of an experience. Will definitely be going back!
