Once they started, it was good according to my Mom.
But before State d they did not well prepared. No gown or sheet was there for my mother to cover herself with. The lady started without a massage and asked my mother to take off the pants and it was not in a private room. So I asked for a sheet or gown. She looked and could not find it and handed her a towel to cover herself with.
