Milpitas Star Aquatics & Fitness is a year-round, indoor swim and fitness facility located at 1818 Clear Lake Ave, Milpitas, CA 95035. We offer a wide range of programs for all ages. from beginner swim lessons and adult classes to competitive-level training designed to help swimmers refine their technique and build endurance. All classes are taught by certified and professionally trained coaches, with programs overseen by Coach Abi Liu, an experienced Olympic coach who ensures the highest quality of instruction and development.
Our facility features two indoor heated pools, a full gym equipped with cardio and strength training equipment, sauna and steam rooms, and flexible membership options for both swimming and fitness. Known for our small class sizes, personalized instruction, and family-friendly environment, we proudly serve the Milpitas, Fremont, and San Jose communities.
