- Participation in 2 Livestreaming Group Workouts per Week for 1 Month which are accessible via a ZOOM Link using your Smartphone, Tablet, or Computer.
Workout Schedule:
- Push Weight: Tuesdays at 7:15pm
- Mat Motions: Saturdays at 8:00am
- Workout Duration is between 45-50 Minutes
Required Fitness Equipment:
- An Exercise Mat + A Variety of Dumbbells
