Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I listen to my clients and keep THEIR goals in mind. I ask about the eating habits, exercise history and try to get to know them as best I can. This way, I know what motivates them and what keeps them engaged.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Growing up I was never the most athletic, nor was I the leanest and strongest. In fact, I was pretty heavy for most of my younger years. When I began to workout I was amazed at how it affected other aspects of my life.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients' progress. I love seeing them do things they weren't able to do before. I love seeing how their lives changed because they're not only looking their best but also feeling their best. It's almost as if I progress a little as each of my clients progresses.
