A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arriving after this time may result in a modified treatment or the appointment needing to be rescheduled. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made on the same day as the appointment will incur a fee of 75% of the scheduled service total. Not valid with other offers or promotions.
