Very nice foot massage. The staff was very pleasant. Would come back again.

This was the worse massage experience I have ever had in my life. I am trying to think of a time that was worse and there isn't. I had a Groupon appointment today 7/3/22. My Groupon was for "60-minute Reflexology Massage with 30-minute Ionic Detox Foot Bath". I show the woman my Groupon at the desk. There was a bit of a language barrier but that was fine. We figured it out and she took me to the first room by the waiting room. I get undressed, she puts a sheet over me, and I put my feet into a bucket of warm water. This started off very relaxing. She was massaging my shoulders. Then all a sudden a young girl walks in and loudly starts turning on fans and doing stuff in this room where I AM NAKED WITH ONLY A SHEET COVERING ME. Mind you this room is a small studio room with a chair and massage bed. I was thinking that was pretty unprofessional but I let it go. About 30 minutes into my massage I was literally thinking how wonderful this place was when this young lady again walks into my room, but this time talking very loudly. I realize she is loudly talking to me! I am naked under a sheet with an eye towel over my head in the middle of a massage and she is talking to me about "I need to see your Groupon". This girl really started demanding to see my Groupon after I had already shown my groupon and am now deep into my massage!! I was like "are you serious right now?" and she said, "Yes I need to make sure you are getting the right service". So I asked her to hand me my purse you know since I AM NAKED AND THERE'S PEOPLE IN MY ROOM WITH THE DOOR WIDE OPEN!!! She throws my purse right on top of me. I show her my Groupon off y phone and she reads it and is like "Yep you are getting the wrong service. Your service is 60 min foot reflexology massage". I am really irritated at this point because that is actually not what I paid for but she is crazy enough to stop a massage to say it so I kindly say " Then just give me the service I paid for." They both then leave the room with the DOOR WIDE OPEN!! Mind you this room is literally in the waiting room and I AM NAKED with only a sheet covering me. I now start debating if I should just leave now because I am completely taken back by the lack of professionalism. The woman who was massaging me finally comes back and is saying sorry I was wrong on what service to give to and don't be mad. I let her know this was extremely unprofessional and I never have experience anyone barging in a room like that in the middle of the massage and leaving the door open like that, I ask her to close the door because she still has it opened and she is starting to massage my feet now. Once again all she says is don't be mad. AGAIN I asked her to close the door. And she keeps rubbing my legs sayin "Don't be mad don't be mad" and finally I said "CLOSE THE DOOR I AM NAKED AND THE LOBBY IS RIGHT THERE"! She finally understands me and closes the door. At this point I am upset that I didn't leave because I was not able to relax again after this whole thing. I REALLY SHOULD HAVE LEFT! See google for full story.
