The front desk staff was very nice and helpful! A few things that are worth noting, you need a bathing suit to float ( sign on the wall), the floor is a fashionable concrete which is very slippery and you have to walk across the hall to get to the shower. The light wouldn’t go off in my tank so we turned it off all together- not sure if that’s why but the ambient temperature in the room was pretty warm so I was sweating throughout. Honestly think I may have just had bad luck- like I said the staff was friendly and definitely tried to fix the situation.
