Service is only valid on parts of the home specified. Additional cleaning of the chimney and roof will be extra. We reserve the right to charge customers extra if the house exceeds reasonable square footage intended for the offer. The customer must schedule the service to be performed on a day clear of rain or other hazardous weather conditions. The customer is also responsible for removing items from driveway and/or deck on the day before service. MW Custom Painters is currently performing outdoor work during the period of the coronavirus. We expect to have little to no face to face contact with customers. We also maintain high sanitary conditions for our professional contractors and their equipment.
