  • Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility and due diligence of care for ensuring the proper care and survival of the plant. Our warranty does not cover damage or decline resulting from inadequate care, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Warranty covers only the condition of the plant at the time of receipt of possession, when delivered to your door by the carrier.
  • Minor imperfections—such as small broken branches or leaf discoloration—can occur naturally during transit or handling and are considered cosmetic only, the core of the plant is still viable. These do not affect plant health and are not eligible for replacement.
  • Loose soil or dislodged planting material may occur during transport. Simply return the soil to the container, water thoroughly, and allow the plant to rest a few days before replanting.
