I cannot comment on the items because I do not have them yet. I do however want to comment that ordering the luggage tags with my Groupon purchase was somewhat difficult. I purchased two Groupon‘s in which I could get three sets of gift tags for a total of six. with a customer representative who was not able to help me in anyway. Very frustrating. See promotion below.

I am waiting for the product. I have ordered from Qualtry before and been pleased with the items. The shipping for 10 pair of luggage tags was $57. Advice: Check the shipping cost PER ITEM before purchasing. Also, there is no phone number for customer service. I emailed twice and have yet to get a response. I was able to chat with someone that basically said there's nothing anyone can do.
