  • Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.
  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend without prior notice may be restricted from future bookings.
  • Late Policy: A late fee will apply after a 10-minute grace period.
  • Service Accuracy: Clients are requested to book the correct service. If a Gel Manicure is booked but Acrylics, a Builder refill, or nail art is required, the provider may be unable to accommodate the change and service may be declined.
  • Contact: Communication should be made during business hours (Tues-Sun 9 AM – 5 PM). As an independent provider, the merchant appreciates respect for the scheduled working hours.
