Today i treated myself to a spa treatment for my birthday and it was amazing! The massage therapist lathered my body with warm mud, put my hands and feet inside bags that were moist with some parafin stuff, and then cocooned me in to let all that sit on me and have me sweat (detoxify) for an hour (also i had a hydrating face mask and cucumbers on my face during that time. I caught a whole siesta while cocooned (heard myself snoring when she woke me up 😭). And then she scrubbed my body, hands, feet & face. AND THEN she moisturized my whole body. AND THEN she did a 30 minute full body massage on me. It was a 2 hour treatment (11am - 1pm). I just got back home from it. IT WAS AMAZING!!! My therapist was great!
