New Basin Distilling Company is a Central Oregon farm-to-bottle distillery.
We produces First Cut Vodka, Stagger Gin, 3 variations of American Light Whiskey-Strong, Stronger and Strongest. We have 2 bourbons-Stafford's Reserve 92 Proof and Stafford's Reserve Barrel Strength. Our flagship whiskies using 100% of our farmed grain, Resignation Straight Rye and Wild Will Straight Wheat Whiskies. Once a hear on St. Patrick's Day we release our locally sourced I-Wish Whiskey in standard 80 Proof and a limited run of 90 Proof. New Basin Distilling Company was created from five friends that liked drinking good whiskey.
