I love this place! I go to the 5:30 am class. It's awesome and so is Chris the instructor. They are fully equipped and very helpful when it comes to demonstrating on how to do the workouts. Definitely worth it.

Need a push to get back into shape? Chris, has the program for you. I guarantee you will see results with his circuit training. First week I realized how taking the least path of resistance in a regular gym, cannot compare to circuit training that is varied day to day. Thank You Chris!
