I was a bit nervous for the compression massage but I was put at ease right away. NuYu Bidy Sculpting was clean and very relaxing. I am glad I found this place.

Perfect, great experience Today

I came for a consultation with the lady with the brown/blonde twist/locks I had my consultation appointment then she booked me for 4 appointments to come back. On my 4th appointment as I'm laying on the table she barges into the room to tell me that thus is my 5th appointment not my fourth and that I need to pay for it. I'm confused because I'm showing up to the appointments that SHE booked for me. So I say to her I have the appointments in my email that clearly she booked. I can't book my own appointments so how else in the world would I have one????? Then she says oh well my staff booked you incorrectly .huh..YOU booked me I met with you. It's not like I'm just showing up out of nowhere. You can't get an appointment unless you pay. I was there 2 days prior the 25th and even said to her I'll be back for my last appointment which is today 1/27/2022 .so if there was an issue or mistake she could have addressed it then. Then I wouldn't have taken off of WORK and get BABYSITTER for my child.. very unprofessional. I understand mistakes happen.. and if I was booked wrong then own that. Apologize and allow me to continue the service since I was already strapped down for 20 minutes. That would be the professional thing to do. I will NEVER come back here. The other ladies are wonderful. And I've been nothing but nice and respectful to these woman so to be treated that way isn't right. I reached out to Groupon immediately and received a credit for this voucher. Thanks Groupon
