Choose Between Two Options

During Discover Kayaking classes, instructors spend 1.5 hours teaching paddlers (ages 8 and older) basic maneuvering techniques and safety rules. Classes take place Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Boathouse District or Route 66 Boathouse at Lake Overholser.
Alternatively, the 2-hour Discover Rowing class prepares students (ages 18 and older) for fun and safe outings on the water by covering basic rowing methods and general safety. After class, students can put their newfound knowledge to the test during a supervised rowing session. Classes take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays in the Boathouse District and on Sundays at the Route 66 Boathouse.

- Riversport Adventures: The Boathouse District is also home to Riversport Adventures, a thrilling collection of adrenaline-friendly outdoor activities. Harnessed guests can clamber over obstacles on the 80-foot-high Sky Trail before descending via the 72-foot Sky Slide or the 80-foot free-fall of the Rumble Drop. Guests can also fly through the air on the Sandridge Sky Zip, which spans 700 feet across the Oklahoma River.
